This Shipping Policy describes how WhatAbout Sustainable Packaging (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles the processing, manufacturing, shipping, and delivery of orders placed through our website and Services.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All products sold on our website are custom-made to order.
Production begins only after an order is confirmed and payment is received.
Because each product is manufactured specifically for your order, processing and production timelines vary by product.
2. Order Processing & Production Time
The total time required to fulfill an order (production + shipping) typically ranges between:
7 to 25 business days
The exact timeline depends on:
• Product type
• Custom specifications
• Order quantity
• Material availability
• Production capacity
You will receive updates as your order progresses through production and shipping.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within India and to selected international destinations.
Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:
• Delivery location
• Package size and weight
• Selected shipping method
Delivery estimates provided at checkout or in communications are approximate and not guaranteed.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to become active.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges imposed by the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, logistics disruptions, customs processing, natural events, or regulatory actions.
WhatAbout Sustainable Packaging is not liable for such delays once production has commenced or the order has been handed over to the carrier.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and provide a resolution in accordance with the carrier’s policies.
9. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipments.
